Who Can Participate?

As a referrer, you are eligible if you:

  • Already have a fully paid battery system installed by VoltX Energy
  • Do not share the same residence or household as your referral
  • Are under eligible postcodes in NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, and SA

Your referred friends are eligible if they:

  • Sign up using your referral link
  • Plan to install their solar battery system in an eligible area.
  • Have never had a battery installed by VoltX Energy
  • Have never requested a quote before

From 1 July 2026, any leads that come through an affiliate or partner channel won’t qualify for VoltX Energy customer referral rewards; only referrals made via your unique referral link remain eligible under the Referral Program Terms and Conditions.

Referral Program Eligibility & Participation

1. Who can participate in the VoltX Energy referral program?

Referrers under eligible NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, and SA postcodes must have a fully installed, paid-for solar battery system from VoltX Energy, including approved access to the referral portal.

2. When is a referral considered valid?

A referral is valid only when your referred customer uses your unique link before entering the VoltX Energy sales process and proceeds with a qualifying system purchase and installation.

3. How does the $200 referral reward work?

When a referred customer purchases and installs a qualifying solar battery system from VoltX Energy using your referral link, they receive a $200 discount on their quote. You receive a $200 Woolworths Gift Card once the installation is complete.

4. Are there any installation or participation restrictions?

Participation and installations are subject to eligibility requirements, service availability in your location, and compliance with VoltX Energy’s installation and program terms.

5. How long is this referral offer available?

The referred customer needs to sign up by 31 December 2026 and get the system installed by 31 January 2027.
