Stellar Workmanship and Professional Installation

VoltX Energy's customer service and workmanship has been stellar. They are also very competitive. The technical team is well-versed in all aspects of battery and electrical technology. I had my 48kW system installed within 4 days of paying my nominal deposit. The installation team were very professional and collaborative. They did a super neat job taking the cabling through our double brick walls and through the roof cavity to the meter box. They installed the additional circuit breaker at the main power board and connected everything up very professionally. They cleaned up after the work and left the place tidy.

Huge Difference in Our Monthly Electricity Bill

Our electricity bills, even with solar and a small battery, were still $400-$600 per month, so we got a VoltX Energy system installed. From receiving the quote to installation was about a week! We realized our usage was so high we struggled to charge the battery, but they set it up so we could get a feed-in from the grid at off-peak. Changed providers and now our bill is around $170 per month! It definitely has made a huge difference. Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing.

Top-Tier Technical Work and Reliable Backup Override

VoltX Energy just finished setting up the battery system, and the quality of the technical work is top-tier. The guys on-site were great to deal with; they worked efficiently and made sure all the cabling was neat. The app is amazing too, as it clearly shows current battery percentage, usage, grid movement, and many more things. The backup override switch works well too, as I had a power failure in my area for a few hours and backup circuits kept the house going off-grid for that time. Extremely happy!

Faultless Performance and Great Real-Time Monitoring

I recently had a VoltX™ Neovolt battery installed by VoltX Energy, and I’ve been very happy with the entire experience. It’s now been about a month since the installation, and I’m extremely satisfied with the battery. Being able to monitor in real-time through the app and see the solar energy being stored in the battery has been fantastic. Since installation, our grid usage has been close to zero, and the battery has been powering the house without any issues. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the service and the quality of the battery system.
