What is VPP compatibility and why does it matter?

VPP stands for Virtual Power Plant. A VPP-compatible battery like VoltX™ Neovolt can connect to a network of home batteries that support the electricity grid, often earning you extra credits or payments in return.

Will the battery work during a power outage?

The system can provide backup power, but this needs to be configured during installation. Let your installer know if backup power is a priority so they can set up your system accordingly.

What warranty and support come with the battery?

The VoltX™ Neovolt battery comes with a 10-year product warranty and includes smart monitoring so you can track your energy use and savings.

is available only to Ambassador Card members who register through the provided registration form by 16 April 2026. Participants must check that they meet all eligibility requirements before registering.

To claim the discount, participants must complete and submit the registration form. The discount is applied upon approval.
