The promoter is VoltX Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 81 661 122 934) of 391c Park Road, Regents Park, NSW 2143, Australia.

Promotion

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry, and by entering, entrants agree to be bound by them.

Promotional Period

The promotion runs until 12:00 midnight AEST on Thursday, 7 May 2026.

Eligibility

Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over at the time of entry. Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and associated agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

During the Promotional Period, an eligible person must complete and submit the VoltX Energy online lead-generation form for home solar battery needs, providing all requested details, including full name, email address, mobile number and postcode, and answer the question: 'Who is your favourite Sea Eagles player of all time?' By submitting the form, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that they are opting in to receive marketing communications from VoltX Energy, including communication about their home solar battery needs. Entrants may opt out of receiving further marketing communications at any time, for example by using an unsubscribe link or telling VoltX Energy on a call, and opting out after entry will not invalidate their entry in the promotion. Entry is free, excluding ordinary internet or telephone access costs, and unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Promoter, only one entry is permitted per person. Entries must be received during the Promotional Period, and incomplete or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.

Draw

The draw will be held at 10:00am AEST on Friday, 7 May 2026 at the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Centre of Excellence, 4 Pines Park precinct, Brookvale NSW, or another location reasonably determined by the Promoter. The draw will be conducted by random selection from all valid entries received, with the first valid entry drawn winning the major prize and the remaining prizes drawn at random in the order listed below. Reserve entries may be drawn and recorded in case a drawn entrant is ineligible or cannot be contacted.

Major Prize

The first valid entry drawn will win the opportunity to participate in a Kick to Win activity at the Round 10 Manly Warringah Sea Eagles v Brisbane Broncos match at 4 Pines Park on 9 May 2026, together with a ticket for the winner and one guest to attend that match (two tickets in total). The Kick to Win activity will require the winner to attempt kick of a rugby league ball and hit the crossbar of the goalpost from approximately 30 metres out, from a position determined by the event organiser, and the applicable game rules will be explained before participation. They will be provided with three attempts. If they successfully kick the ball and hit the crossbar of the goalposts, they will win the Ultimate Sea Eagles Experience for the winner and three guests for Round 12, Sea Eagles v Titans at 4 Pines Park on Saturday, 23 May 2026. This includes tickets to the 1947 Lounge with all-inclusive food and beverages and premium seating; a player warm-up sideline experience with Sea Eagles legends; a behind-the-scenes tour with Sea Eagles legends; a meet and greet and in-game access with Sea Eagles legends in the 1947 Lounge; and Sea Eagles merchandise packs. The major prize winner may be required to sign an eligibility declaration, release or waiver before taking part in the Kick to Win activity, and if the winner does not attend, is unwilling or unable to participate, or is considered by the Promoter or venue operator not fit or safe to participate, the Kick to Win opportunity may be forfeited.

Runner-Up Prizes

Runner-up winners will be picked at random after the major prize winner is drawn, and they do not need to participate in the Kick to Win activity. The runner-up prizes are one Sea Eagles merchandise voucher valued at $500, one Sea Eagles NRL signed jersey valued at $500, five double passes to Round 12 Sea Eagles v Titans with a total value of $500, and two Sea Eagles merchandise packs with a total value of $319.94. Runner-up prizes may be sent by post or email, depending on the nature of the prize.

Prize Pool

The approximate total prize pool value is $4,451.83 plus GST based on the pricing supplied for the promotion.

Prize Conditions

All tickets, experiences and merchandise are subject to availability and to the terms and conditions of the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, the NRL, the venue operator and any third-party suppliers. If a match is cancelled, postponed, relocated or played without spectators, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law or otherwise agreed by the Promoter in writing. Winners and their guests are responsible for all additional costs associated with taking a prize unless expressly stated otherwise, including travel, parking, accommodation and incidental expenses.

Winner Notification and Delivery

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided in their entry within a reasonable time after the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is ineligible or does not accept or claim the prize within the time specified by the Promoter, the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve entrant or conduct an unclaimed prize draw if required by law.

Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter may require entrants and winners to provide proof of identity, age and NSW residency, and if satisfactory proof is not provided, the entry or prize claim may be declared invalid. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry or breaches these Conditions of Entry.

Privacy and Marketing

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion, administer prizes and contact entrants in relation to the promotion and VoltX Energy’s products and services. VoltX Energy’s Privacy Policy is available at https://voltxenergy.com.au/pages/privacy-policy and explains how personal information is handled, how access or correction can be requested and how privacy complaints can be made.

Publicity

By accepting a prize or participating in the Kick to Win activity, entrants agree to participate in reasonable promotional, editorial, photography, filming and social media activities in connection with the promotion without further compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Conditions of Entry excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law or that is caused by the Promoter’s negligence or willful misconduct.

General

If the promotion is affected by technical problems, fraud, unauthorised intervention, safety concerns, event cancellation or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable law. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
