VoltX Energy Discount – Eligibility & Offer Details

VoltX Energy discount offers give NSW homeowners breakthrough pricing on high-capacity solar battery solutions.
Eligibility depends on meeting the following criteria and our current capacity to support new customers. 

  • Validity period: Valid until 31 March 2026, or until supplies last
  • Property ownership: The property must be owned by the customer purchasing the system
  • Eligible locations: Residential properties in eligible NSW postcodes (some regional areas excluded)
  • System type: Battery system must be designed for permanent installation (not portable or for resale)
  • Solar requirement: The property must have an existing solar PV system installed, or the homeowner must install one at the same time as the solar battery system from VoltX Energy
  • Capacity range: Total battery capacity (new or upgraded) must be between 5 kWh and 100 kWh. Important Note: We recommend a solar battery system based on your household energy use, lifestyle, and goals.
  • Included rebates: Price includes the Australian Federal Battery Rebate and VoltX Energy discounts
  • Product package: Offer applies to VoltX™ Neovolt 48 kWh Single-Phase and Fox ESS 48 kWh Three-Phase battery packages
  • Rebate exclusions: Customers who have previously claimed the Federal Battery Rebate are not eligible for additional VoltX Energy rebate discounts
  • Installation suitability: Site must meet minimum space and access requirements, subject to assessment after photo or video, and other requirements after submission
  • Grid connection: The property must be connected to the electricity grid

The property must have an existing solar PV system installed, or the homeowner must install one at the same time (subject to availability) as the solar battery system from VoltX Energy.

Why is the price so low?

This low price is achieved by combining government rebates with VoltX Energy discounts, which cover most of the hardware cost. By importing batteries directly and operating at scale, we cut out wholesalers and pass the savings on to NSW homeowners.

Are there any extra costs?

Most installs fall within the offer price. Complex installs, UPS backup capability, or major electrical upgrades may incur extra fees – but these are quoted upfront before you proceed and may be available for a later date only.

Is this available outside NSW?

This offer is exclusive to select NSW areas where rebate programs and installer availability support the discounted price.

When does the offer end?
