Referral Program Eligibility & Participation

1. Who is eligible for this exclusive offer?

To unlock the $200 referral discount, the referrer, whose link you are using, must be an existing VoltX Energy customer with a solar battery system that is fully paid for and installed by VoltX Energy. To qualify, you must purchase a new solar battery system using your friend’s unique referral link.

2. Does this discount apply to all VoltX Energy solar batteries?

Yes. The referral discount in the current promotion applies to all solar batteries from VoltX Energy purchased through a valid referral link.

3.   If I submit my details, am I guaranteed to receive a solar battery system from VoltX Energy with a $200 discount?

No. Submitting your details does not guarantee installation or eligibility for the $200 discount. Your property must meet VoltX Energy’s serviceability, eligibility, and installation requirements following a site and system assessment. The discount also applies only when a qualifying solar battery system is purchased using a valid referral link and the installation is successfully completed.

4. What happens if my property does not meet the installation requirements?

The referral discount and referral reward will not be issued.

5. How long is the offer valid?

Referral forms must be submitted by 15 April 2026, and installations must be completed by 30 April 2026. VoltX Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.

Referral Process

1. Do I need to use my friend’s referral link to receive the $200 discount?

Yes. You must submit your details using your friend’s unique referral link for the referral to be recorded and validated. If the referral link is not used during sign-up, the referral will not be eligible for the program benefits.

2. Can I still receive the referral discount if I contact VoltX Energy directly instead of using the referral link?

No. To qualify for the referral discount, you must register through the referrer’s unique referral link. Referrals are only recorded when the sign-up is completed through that link.

3. What happens if I forget to use the referral link when submitting my details?

If the referral link was not used when submitting your details, the referral will not be eligible for the referral program benefits.

4. What happens after I submit my details through the referral link?

Once your details are submitted, VoltX Energy will contact you to proceed with the site assessment, eligibility checks, and quote process.

5. Can more than one person refer me?

No. Only one referral can be credited per purchase. If multiple people share their referral link with you, the referral will be attributed to the link used when you submit your details.

1. How do I claim the $200 discount?

If you purchase a solar battery system from VoltX Energy using your friend’s referral link and meet the eligibility criteria, the $200 referral discount will be applied during the quote process and deducted from the contract value.

2. When will the $200 referral discount be applied?

The referral discount is applied during the quote process and will be shown in your sales quote or contract.

3. How will I know if the referral discount has been applied?

The referral discount will be clearly shown in your quote or contract during the purchasing process.

4. Will I still receive the referral discount if my installation is delayed?

Yes. If your purchase proceeds and the installation is successfully completed according to the program requirements, the referral discount will still apply. Installation schedules may change based on availability or operational requirements. However, for the current referral promotion, installation must be completed by 30 April 2026.

Program Rules & Restrictions

1. Can the $200 referral discount be combined with other promotions or offers?

They are generally not valid in conjunction with other promotions, offers, or campaigns. However, VoltX Energy may allow a referral discount to be combined with selected promotions at its discretion. Any approved combination must be confirmed in writing and reflected in your contract or quote.

2. Can the referral discount be transferred to someone else?

No. Referral discounts and rewards are not transferable.

3. Can I receive the referral discount as cash instead?

No. Referral discounts and rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. What happens if I cancel my purchase?

If the purchase is cancelled, payment is reversed, or the installation is not completed, the referral discount and referral reward will not apply.
