Yes. Every advertised price includes the battery, hybrid inverter, standard installation by an SAA-accredited installer, app setup, and the federal Cheaper Home Batteries rebate already applied.
Additional site-specific work — such as switchboard upgrades, concrete slabs, or difficult access requirements — may incur extra charges, but these are quoted separately and only proceed with your approval.
Your installation date is scheduled once your property passes compliance review, which usually occurs within a week of receiving your site photos. We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable installation date.
Our batteries, including systems and parts, come with a 10-year warranty.
Yes. The federal Cheaper Home Batteries rebate requires an existing or connected solar system.
If you do not currently have solar, mention it during your welcome call. We work with installation partners who can install both solar and battery systems together, often reducing additional labour and installation costs.

The Cheaper Home Batteries Program (effective 1 May 2026) provides an upfront, tiered rebate based on battery capacity:

- Approximately $151 per kWh for the next 14 kWh
- Approximately $38 per kWh for capacity between 28–50 kWh
