Additional site-specific work — such as switchboard upgrades, concrete slabs, or difficult access requirements — may incur extra charges, but these are quoted separately and only proceed with your approval.
Yes — fully refundable to your original payment method within five business days. If you change your mind before installation, your property does not pass assessment, or required site photos are not submitted within the seven-day window, your full deposit will be returned.

Most Australian homes use single-phase power, which is what the VoltX Energy 2025 Home Battery System is designed for. Larger homes may use three-phase power — typically identified by three main switches in the switchboard.

The Cheaper Home Batteries Program (effective 1 May 2026) provides an upfront, tiered rebate based on battery capacity:
- Approximately $252 per kWh for the first 14 kWh
- Approximately $151 per kWh for the next 14 kWh
- Approximately $38 per kWh for capacity between 28–50 kWh
