Referrers must have a fully installed, paid-for solar battery system from VoltX Energy and be approved to access the Referral Portal.

2. When is a referral considered valid?

A referral is valid only when your referred customer uses your unique link before entering the VoltX Energy sales process and proceeds with a qualifying system purchase and installation.

3. How does the $200 referral reward work?

When a referred customer purchases and installs a qualifying solar battery system from VoltX Energy using your referral link, they receive a $200 discount on their quote. You receive a $200 Woolworths Gift Card once the installation is complete.

4. Are there any installation or participation restrictions?

Participation and installations are subject to eligibility requirements, service availability in your location, and compliance with VoltX Energy’s installation and program terms.

5. How long is this referral offer available?

The referred customer needs to sign up by 31 March 2026 and get the system installed by 30 April 2026.

Referral Process & Rewards

1. How do I share my referral and track progress?

You can share your referral link directly with friends via SMS or email. Referral registrations and progress can be tracked through the Referral Portal that you can access after your account is verified.

2. What happens if my referral forgets to use my unique link?

Your unique link must be used before the referred customer enters the VoltX Energy quote process. If the link is not used, we cannot track the customer to your account, and the referral will be considered invalid.

3. When are the referral rewards issued?

Referral rewards are issued only after the qualifying battery system is installed at the referred customer’s house and they have cleared their payments.

4. Will I be notified when my reward is processed?

Absolutely. You will be able to track the progress of your referral via the portal and also receive an email once your reward has been processed.

5. Can referral rewards be transferred or assigned to another person?

No. Referral rewards are issued only to the eligible referrer or referred customer and cannot be transferred to another individual.

Program Rules & Restrictions

1. Can I share my referral link in newsletters or marketing campaigns?

No. Referral links cannot be shared through mass-distribution channels such as newsletters, bulk email campaigns, mailing lists, or influencer or affiliate promotions. VoltX Energy reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this policy and may invalidate referrals that do not comply with the program's terms.

2. What happens if my referral link is misused or program rules are breached?

VoltX Energy may investigate suspicious activity and may reject or invalidate referrals that breach program rules or eligibility requirements.

3. How does VoltX Energy determine which referral is valid?

VoltX Energy uses advanced tracking systems, including automated algorithms and manual audits, to verify which referral link was used before a customer enters the VoltX Energy quote process. Referral records and system logs are reviewed to ensure the referral is properly recorded and complies with the program terms.

4. Can VoltX Energy change or suspend the referral program?

Yes. VoltX Energy may pause, modify, or end the referral program at any time, including changing reward amounts for future referrals.
