Eligibility depends on meeting the criteria below and current installation capacity.

  • Validity period: Offer valid until 2:00 PM AEST on 19 June 2026.
  • Property ownership: The residential property must be owned by the
customer purchasing the system.
  • Eligible locations: Residential properties in eligible Victorian postcodes only (certain regional areas may be excluded based on installer coverage).
  • System type: The battery system must be designed for permanent residential installation (not for portable use or resale).
  • Solar requirement: The property must have an existing solar PV system, or the homeowner must install a new solar system concurrently with the Pylontech 20 kWh Solar Battery from VoltX Energy.
  • Product package: Different pricing applies for other solar battery system packages.
  • Rebate exclusions: Customers who have previously claimed a Federal Battery Rebate or specific Solar Victoria battery incentives for the same property may not be eligible for the full upfront discount.
