Does this Battery Storage Solution work on a three-phase set up?

Yes, even though this is a single phase Battery Storage Solution, it is compatible with three-phase set up with the addition of a smart meter.

How long does the battery last?

The battery has 8000 life cycle, one life cycle is when it gets charged and discharged so it would have a life cycle of around 20 years.

Is this battery covered by a warranty? 

Yes, the battery has a 10-year warranty, while the system and parts have 5-year warranties.

How can I monitor and control the battery performance? 

You can easily monitor and control battery performance by downloading the app via App Store or Google play whichever is compatible with your device. The app allows you to set configurations for your battery as well as monitor it capacity. There is also a webpage you can log in to monitor and configure your battery.
